SOURS

These drinks have to be blended or shaken because they do not mix naturally.

Steps

1. Fill stainless steel mixing cup with one glass of ice.

2. Pour in liquor requested.

3. Pour in juice.

4. Mix in electnc blender or shake by hand 6 or 7 times.

5. Pour into collins glass or cocktail glass.

6. Add garnish and straw.

7. Serve on napkin.

 

RECIPES

1. Whiskey Sour

I oz whiskey

2 oz sweet and sour

Blend and strain

Cherry garnish

 

2. Margarita

Moisten rim of either cocktail glass

or Margarita glass with lime

frosting it with salt.

I oz. tequila

1/2 oz triple sec

1 1/2 oz sweet and sour

For straight up mix in steel cup & strain

Lime garnish

 

3. Daiquiri

I oz rum

2 oz sweet and sour

Blend and garnish

 

4. Pina Colada

I oz rum

3 oz pina colada mix*

Blend and garnish

 

5. Long Island Iced Tea

I oz rum

I oz vodka

I oz tequila

I oz gin

I oz triple sec

I oz rum

2 oz sweet and sour

stir with spoon or straw

Splash of coke. Lemon garnish

 

*PINA COlADA MIX

I part creme of coconut

3 parts pineapple juice
