PHYSICAL EDUCATION

To begin training yourself how to bartend you first need to find empty liquor bottles, one for Vodka, one for Gin, one for Whiskey, one for Rum, one for Tequila and another for juice and cream. Most bars will have a lot of empties. Just ask a manager for them or collect them yourself. Usually most bars have a bunch on hand so don't worry about not getting them. It can even be a wine bottle, but, be sure you can fit a pourer in the opening of each one, you can also make a label yourself to recognize each bottle. Start with 1/5 of water, and add one ounce of milk per bottle for creams or juices. Also, you need food color to color water for the Whiskey, Scotch or Brandy. The mixes are listed below. If you are pouring cordials you will need to color them also according to each brand. You will need your personal bartenders tools that were described in the previous Subject. Next you will need to simulate garnishes. Use a yellow sponge for a lemon, a green sponge for a lime, a red sponge for a cherry, and a blue sponge for an olive. Small kitchen sponges can be cut with scissors. Cut them to about the same size. You can find these sponges at any K-Mart or dollar store.

Here are the recipes to make your simulated liquors and mixes
