COFFEE DRINKS
Mixed drinks of all limited to a chilled glass as many ski lodges well know. These are drinks usually foilowing a meal or just to warrn you up on a cold day. They are built in a coffee mug, or course, and topped with either cream or whip aeam as requested.
Steps
1. Add sugar or other sweetener to mug.
2. Add liquor as requested.
3. Fill with hot coffee to within I inch of the rim.
4. Stir well with a spoon.
5. Swirl whip cream or float (liquor).
6. Add garnish, straw and serve on saucer or napkin.
RECIPES
1. Irish Coffee
I oz Irish whiskey
Fill with hot coffee
Top with whipped cream*
2. Scotch Coffee
I tsp. sugar
I oz. Scotch
Fill with hot coffee
Top with whipped cream*
3.Italian Coffee
I tsp. sugar
I oz Anisette
Fill with hot coffee
Top with whipped cream*
4. Jamaican Coffee
I oz rum
1/2 oz Tia Maria
Fill with hot coffee
Top with whipped cream*
* Whipped cream is not necessary when practicing.
