*Without tape or CD
(It may be fun to have a friend to order the drinks) 1. Study recipes on cards. (Try pouring each one exactly.) 2. Stack cards so only the names are facing up. 3. Pick a card from the top and pour the ingredients as instructed, using the appropriate glass with your jigger to measure all alcohol.
* With the tape or CD
1. Study Cards
2. Start Mixology I.
3. Follow along with instructions given by the instructor. You can stop the tape when the lesson is finished, or continue along with the audio to the next lesson.
4. Repeat as many times as necessary. When you think you know all the drinks in each category, stop and pour each drink, reading only the names of the drink off of each page.
